Privacy policy

LinkPilot stores account and link data needed to provide the service. Redirect infrastructure never persists raw IP addresses. It creates a daily rotating HMAC from IP and user agent, then stores only that pseudonymous visitor hash with coarse location, device, browser and referrer metadata.

Raw click events are retained for 30 days. Aggregates follow the retention period of the account plan. We do not create cross-site fingerprints or sell visitor data.

Account owners may archive links and request account deletion. Security, billing and abuse records may be retained where required to prevent fraud or comply with law.
